Skyler Rossacci brings human-centered thinking, creative problem solving, and a rare cross-sector perspective to the work of building strategies organizations can actually execute alongside the teams doing the work.
Very few leaders have stood at the front of a classroom and in a Fortune 500 boardroom. Skyler has — and it shows in everything she builds. With a doctorate in Education Leadership and 16+ years spanning public education, major enterprise, and consulting, she brings a perspective most organizations simply can't hire from a single lane.

About
Skyler started her career as an educator, and that foundation gave her something most strategists don't have: a genuine understanding of how people learn, resist, and ultimately change. It shaped her instinct for designing experiences that stick and her ability to move any room toward something better.
Early in her career, she was part of the team at Spring Branch ISD that partnered with the Gates Foundation to build collaborative public and charter school partnerships, and worked with IDEO on their Teachers Guild program — a design thinking initiative that reshaped how entire school districts approached innovation. She then joined ExxonMobil as a Senior Design Strategist, leading strategic engagements across seven countries, training 500+ professionals, and embedding new ways of working across five global business lines.
From there, she moved into consulting at Globant, taking those skills into the tech space and leading digital transformation strategy across healthcare, retail, and emerging technology. She then joined Monstarlab — a boutique digital agency that partners with brands to bring their digital products to life — to lead their product strategy team across the Americas. In her current role as Senior Director of Strategy and Engagement, she is focused on growing the Americas business through custom product development and payment integration work, serving as a senior strategic partner to clients and internal leadership alike.
Her doctorate in Education Leadership is a foundation that shapes how she thinks about systems, adoption, and change — and what she draws on when the challenges require more than a single sector's playbook.
